God!!!!That SF series sucked really bad...Japanese SF anime rocks for real!!!
Gouken and Gouki...sound like brothers to me...but i don´t remember it very well...According to one of the SF movies,Akuma was Gouken´s brother,he  became evil after challeging and killing their master...

I kind of remember it...where i am it was broadcasted by Cartoon Network...At one point they showed one after the other finished(don´t remember which one came first...i think it was the anime version)
Never watched any episode of the "TV series" for over 5 minutes i think
And this is really going offtopic this time...
We should check wikipedia...for this kind of doubts it could be useful(of course .it´s useful unless you´re doing a scientific research )

I cant remember the other characters names but whoever did Ken's voice is on a bunch or more recent cartoons. Its unmistakeable like the voice-overs for the Rugrats. Whoever they are, they are on almost everything now...

well the voice acting usually has to do with the company that is doing the redubs like ocean group does dbz,inuyasha,gundam wing so the voices are going to be the same
