In terms of power its Plastic Man no question. Most people just arent familiar with Plaz, and think he's just a stretch dude. In reality Plaz is much like the Mask. He could turn into a Giant Lawn Mower, and run them all down. Only Reed might have the wit to stop him if Plaz was out for blood.

ha what so teleporting is not all that huh suspose dhalsim were to teleport luffy into outter space he would not be able to breathe or control luffy's mind and make him sit in a put of fire luffy's may survive but not be able to control his shape there fore useless..and yes reed always does have help but look at the class of fighters he fights compared to luffy so of course he would need help to fight them..luffy is a great fighter but there is nothing special about him that none of the others can't do but reed and dhalsim have the advantage over luffy

1st off I think this should be an arena battle. I think of all the character Dhalsim seems like he'd get stomped, Reed without his help, and tech isnt a top notch fighter. Luffy, doesnt even seem like a contender.

Plastic Man has no limits on his stretching ability that I know of and he is immune to telepathy. The only real ways to really defeat him are to freeze and melt him. Now a defeat doesn't mean a kill. Luffy and Chouji  can't melt and freeze people so they're out. Dhalsim has Yoga flame....yea but could it melt Plastic Man and would he even hit Plastic Man with it and I don't think he could do either. This leaves Reed Richards. Now in a straight up fight with no prep time, I think Reed loses as Plastic Man is just the better fighter and better abilities and just insanely more durable than him. He Reed maybe a genius, but he would really have his hands full against a guy who he wouldn't know much about. Now, you give Reed prep time, a TOTALLY different story, he could come up with a plan and/or invention that would help stop Plastic Man. Genius + prep time = dangerous for most opponents. Depending on the circumstances Plastic Man would beat them all or Reed would beat them all.

FF 2 is just the movie version of the FF. Also Dr.Doom is a genius himself and knows the FF better than most, of course it is a tough task and uh people with Silver Surfer's powers would be VERY hard to defeat. You can't hold it against Reed if he himself can't defeat a guy who has power of Power Cosmic, most heroes can't. Not fair to compare Dr. Doom with the Silver Surfer's powers to a rubberman.

Can Luffy steam punches cover all of Plastic Man's body, cause if not he could easily just dodge all day and Plastic Man can morph into different things that can confuse Luffy. Let me put it to you this way, Batman wants Plastic Man in the JLA to counter Martian Manhunter if he should ever go berserk. Who is Martian Manhunter, a guy who can go toe to toe with Superman. So you can see how powerful Plastic Man is if Batman wants him to serve as a counter against a guy who can go toe to toe against Superman. Funny thing is that happened and as Manhunter as he turned into Fernus the Burning. Here he is fighting against Fernus http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/e/e2/Jla89.jpg. I don't know about you, I think that big thing most likely is hotter than steam. If he really gets no respect in the DC universe, the he wouldn't be needed to defeat such a foe. Although not canon, Batman has stated in Dark Knight 2 Plastic Man's power is "Immeasurably powerful. Absolutely nuts."

hot steam to melt plastic? Unfortunately, steam is about 200 degrees too low to melt plastic iirc

On top of that, plastic man is not made of plastic . If that second form is what I saw just on the first page, if he didn't melt that guy, he isn't gonna melt plastic man. Anything Luffy can do, Plastic Man can do better. Also Luffy bleeds and appears more limited on his stretching ability than Mr. Fantastic Reed Richards. Plastic Man can get his head blown off and make a new one. The point is Plastic Man despite his personality as the goofy fun loving guy he is, he is one of the top heroes on DC earth and a force onto to himself.

The whole teleport to outspace was used because you said and I quote "teleport is not all of that" so if dhalsim here able to do so then luffy would be out of gas...and what does dhalsim never winning a tournamet have to do with anything luffy never won one either(haha)..no but really he has never won a tournament because writers made it so and how they made it was "Generally a pacifist, Dhalsim fights not to win but to raise money for his village, but realizes that it contradicts his pacifist beliefs and retired from fighting after the second World Warrior tournament" but that does not take away from the fact that he is a great fighter and has faught(like reed) stronger opponets that luffy has and won and still can control fire and with that said

I dont know to much about plasticman so I will not speak on him but since when has steam been better than fire(the hottest steam can not compare to the hottest flame) and yea luffy may be able to heat his body up but I am sure its not going to be as hot as fire(cause well he would die) and seeing that Ace is stronger(suposidly) than his little brother and he controls fire well just leads me to think that dhalsim can beat luffy
