Title: Ult Genesis (World Heroes Perfect)
Post by: ELECTRO on May 29, 2017, 06:02:51 PM: I separated as many background layers as possible for a better effect. This is for Mugen 1.0 & Mugen 1.1. It comes with zo zoom & zoom options.

It has two versions at the moment, freeze the ground & make someone slip or just freeze opponent. Still thinking of ideas for the hyper version.

Yes, but it's not to advanced. You can pull off some of Superman's other costumes, but you won't be able to make a Cyborg version.

For hyper, how about freezing first his legs, then give the opponent multiple punches, then fly and as u fly u freeze completely the opponent and then u attack him via punches or kicks knocking him down. :)
