Star Platinum -Standalone- for Win MUGEN & 1.0

First attempt on an almost full character creation. Almost, because I took sff, palettes, sounds and anims from Warusaki"s Jotaro Kujo. So still no sprites ripping, alignment, etc. Used KFM template for the rest.

UPDATE 13.02.12 :
Bug fixes thanks to Roman55's feedback (http://mugenguild.com/forum/msg.1714567)

4 Specials (+1 Air) and 7 Hypers.
Some sprites, sounds tweaked to fit the character.

Reminds me of certain Samurai Shodown games where you could play as Poppy by herself.

Great character!  Really enjoyable to play, but he does have a few issues which keep him from being played effectively.  Here's a few notes if you're interested, but keep in mind I have not played the source game if you are building this guy in that fashion disregard what you need to:

-D,DF,F+K/D,DB,B+K:  The forward motion is too superior to the other, it does 5 more damage and and is 23 frames faster.  The only advantage the back motion move has is a knockdown.  I would still recommend increasing the damage on the back motion move.

-When using the air version of D,DF,F+P, the sound will sometimes loop endlessly.  If you perform a ground version afterwards, it cancels the sound loop.

-D,DB,B+P:  This move leaves the player with a horrible frame disadvantage when it connects and even pulls the enemy close in so they don't have to exert much effort before hypering you for using this move.  I would definitely change that.

-All level 1 hypers:  The pause before the hyper makes it next to impossible to land one against another player or any non brain dead AI.  If used in a combo you will get smashed and if used from a reasonable distance you will likely get hit before you can execute it.  The level 3s seem to have enough special properties to negate the disadvantage but they can still be stopped a little too easily.

I did really enjoy all of the level 3 hypers, they really added some style to the character.  Thanks for the release and I look forward to any updates!

Looks awesome so far! I look foreward to playing it...but you're still doing the to six conversions, right?
