INSANE PAIN is a new fighting game for the SEGA Mega Drive / Genesis videogame system.
The game is inspired by the first MORTAL KOMBAT games and it contains 3D pre-rendered character sprites in the style of the first KILLER INSTINCT games. It's a homage to the old classic fighting games from the 90s.
You guys will recognize one of the team members: Ahrimanes, who made some Mugen stuff like Electra, Orchid, etc.
