Star wars jedi knight 3 help with the multiplayer mode

i havent played this game in a while,so i decided and started playing but......
i cant access to the multiplayer mode!!!!!
it gives me an error with the UIT! ~X(
can someone help please [-O<

EDIT:solved,but it says the npc are large :-??
