well ive been having a ball with the game since I got it. Love it. I'm still runnin through it. its only 5 chapters but a good 11 missions each. side missions too extra from time to time. only 5 autobots to choose from for now in this one but I still love what they did with it. G1 fans like me would really dig it. I got it for Xboxone. it was released on Oct 6 but I got it a day early....
Only grip I have with the game are:
-No restarting at the check points if you turn off the game to take a break. if you reach a check point and you power off you will have to start ALL the way back to the beginning of the Chapter smh Huge negative..No auto save that way...luckily the game is hella fun to me so I didn't mind going back
-I don't like the sound FX of the blasts. They ok but for this kind of Gem they should have seriously kept the nostalgia in of that from the cartoons. THE TRANSFORMING SOUNDS ARE ON POINT THOUGH. that's exactly like the cartoon...whew! (along with the voices)
-Don't like the fact that its only 5 autobots to pick from and you cant play as a decepticon in story mode. Again the game is still great but they should have left that door open. Hopefully that all changes in a sequel. That's a must because theres no Hotrod or Ultramagnus in there. I was wondering why Iron hide or Jazz wasn't in there. they should have been in there instead of Side swipe (although hes hot to use) and Wheel jack. Grimlock is hot to use but cmon, have ALL the dino bots in there!!
what I like:
-The art style. hella bright and true to the G1 look
-Gameplay is fun. DBZ game style action button mashing with Bayonetta like dodge moves
-The car mode handling is perfect when going from that to bot and back again....
-Tons of weapons and a decent amount of level ups and moves to get.
anyway I love (not like,,,LOVE) it for what it is....its way more fun than those Michael bay based ones.....those games didn't keep my interest long to keep playing as I am in this one. This one everything pops visually and anyone who grew up watching the old cartoon like me will just get hella nostalgia playing it and wishing there were other Decepticons and autobots in it.

Well heres my footage from Xboxone playing one of the challenge missions.....Take out the constructicons. In story mode you only fight two at a time though....This here below they killed me a good 4 times till I caught the rage
