need major cod4 multiplayer help....

Omg... Everything was working fine on Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer... till tonight... I log on, get in the game (after making sure my internet's working right)... punkbuster's fully updated... I get in the game... refresh server list.. get in one.. play for about 5 minutes.. then the screen goes black after about a minute and it'll say one of 2 things... either "Punkbuster - Losing Key Packets" "PunkbusterB.exe heartbeat stopped"..... It's mostly the losing key packets one that's showing up.. and I've even restarted my pc and the f**k*** thing keeps showing up! If anyone can help me with this, that would be awesome... I've tried googling.. tried everything except for re-installing the game... I've reinstalled punkbuster, but nothing's working.. I really don't want to have to re-install the game, because I don't really think that's what's messing up.. I think it's just stupid @$$ Punkbuster... Someone help me with this problem, before I LITERALLY tear my hair out!

okay.. I actually re-installed the whole game... and it still is giving that stupid heartbeat error... more specifically "Service Communication Failure: PunkbusterB.exe heartbeat stopped" ....... um... since when did computer programs have f'n HEARTBEATS!! omg... someone help me soon... I need to get rid of these once and for all! google isn't helping.. still been tryin' to find help info. on there, but nothing...
