I removed the shadow under the car. I think it is better that way since mugen already has its own shadow it would not look right to see double shadows.
This is just a suggestion. I also remove the girl for you. You said it an intro, im guessing that she will jump out of the car.

It wouldnt be that hard to recolor Morgan's legs to look like Birdy.
This is the only open source morgan sprites i can find

With a bit of frakenspriting you could probly use allot from Morgan to make various moves for Birdy.
The only problem is in the compressed files there are allot of images (allot :o) and it may take a bit to get the right ones.

I can help you but you need to help yourself first. Try doing the stance you want with lilith, I can do a mock up once I see it.
