Title: luis's sprites

without further ado, here they are. I will be updating this post to include new sprites once i finish them
as always, feedback is great for me and schtuff.

There was this dude named Mech Mage or Iron Mage i saw once he's really obscure(i think) didn't even found images of him.

Other than Marvel characters , the Darkness is cool, if you watched the Witchblade anime, the Darkness is literally Witchblade's father (the thing in the chick's hand not the chick)

This list is kinda bad but mhe hopefully someone else puts something better and some DC in it.

So is Ryoko gonna always be in that school outfit or her other outfit ?

I will be updating this thread if i ever have some free time to sprite, but other than that there won't be much. sorry :P

so as my health gradually gets better over the weeks, i've spent my time chipping away at an attempt at a French Bread styled sprite and I chose the style they chose for UNIB/DBFC and it is SUCH a breeze to do. It's surprisingly much easier to do than CvS or CPS3 or whatever. It's practically just Anime shading but pixelized. The shading and lightsource placements are really simple but effective.

Sooooo I did my first DBFC edit and based it off Kirito. He's a great base to use for a typical Shonen MC so I used him to attempt a Issei from High School DxD (the third season starts today! OPPAI DRAGON LOVERS UNITE!)

I know his Boosted Gear is wrong from the Anime, but it was intentional. The Anime's Gear differs from the Manga and Light Novel versions, since they are all different from eachothter, so I thought why not do a slimmer more simplified version? I had a lot of fun finishing up Issei, it's a great learning experience to learn a new style.

I also took some reference from Akira's baggy pants, but it's scratch as well.

the other sprite of the manga character has more uniformity and stability imho, so you should make jin look more thin to match the manga face, or make the face more masculine/rude/solid to match the body.
Also check out the proportion of the shoulders. You're probably emulating KofXIII style, but you know that style is good in aesthetic and technique but awful in proportions (characters look chubby).
