Care if I make some suggestions:
* His right hand glove looks too angular and small.
* I think you forgot the skin colored fur on his stomach.
* His right arm looks jagged, smooth it out a bit.
* His smile also looks jagged, mainly the top part.
* Something about his eyes bothers me. Try moving the iris a pixel to the left.
* Try not to limit the colors to the source sprite. Experiment with different colors (as long as they match the char of course) and maybe change up the shading.
Overall I'm flattered that I inspired ya to do this. Hope my C+C helps

* I know it's not in the original sprite but perhaps you could add his hair on his head.
* Speaking of hair, the strands sticking out his back look jagged.

Now those are way awesome sprites, bro! ;D They look super bad*** with the shading! :thumbsup: :thumbsup: I especially like the look of Twoface and it seems that he's an edit of one of the enemies from the Punisher game. His shading looks like it's MVC-ish. ;) Super tight work, bro!
