I got an idea, which you probably though of already..  How about a move like Shiva in MK3 where she jumps up off the top of the screen and then comes down and stomps on the opponent a few times.  In Quints case he stomps on the opponent with the Pogo stick.

You don't have to publicly post this move list, that's your choice.  I was just thinking of moves today for various characters for some reason.  Just a thought, doesn't need to be used.   >:D

I'm sitting here at work working on quints techniques and I was thinking of this move. Are we going to have fatalities in game?  >:D

i made the stupid lookin oil puddle running but ehh i actually have i think some fx that looks like oil pools. lol

the the air and crouch guards use lady Esk standing sprites. Thank you L. Esk

Only one basic left. Dizzy. Anyone got ideas for it or want to sprite it. im at a lost for that move.

But the block has one logical problem:

Take a look at the shield. It covers all the body. So, he would be able to standing guard attacks which should be blocked crouched and vice-versa.

Yeah we seen that issue and the pefect way to address is is not to. he still get hit like everyone else. think of it as a bluff.

Leg shading is funny, but I like the fluidity of the animation, along with the arms natural looking reaction to the recoil.

Thanks. The animation is unpolished but i didnt see that shading so thank you good sir. You should have seen me at work when i was animating this. People we're laughing there butts off at me proforming that movement.


I added a poll requarding Quints block




How to people feel about it? I had some people (Not one person) question me about the block. as it stands it would fuction as a regular block. So if you hit Quint legs in the standing block even though the shied covers his entire body he'll still take damage. it looks as if it would block standing and crouching attacks. And thats the issues people have with the block.

The olny options i see;

1 - is to leave it as is.

2 - Change it.

3 - code it so the standing covers standing and crouching. Counter this by decreasing Quints defense or lower his health.
