Mugen Civil War? How bout it?

I know that this community has been awesome to me. But I'm sorry: I dunno how to make a screenpack (yet!). But, I would love to be able to create a Mugen Civil War SP that suites only like 150-300 chars that takes the GOOD characters from other games that we all have and enjoy to make a Civil War Screenpack. It maybe WIP or has been suggested before, but this would be great to have to ANY collection of MUGEN games. I propose MYSELF and others to elaborate on this idea if not already in motion. I think of my mugen game to have not just 2402302930239320 chars in there to fight; but I create my own story in my head. Please respond if you feel the same way OR wish to help me do this.
