or did they just stop making them...cause i would like to have a new doc oc and the original scorpion for mugen...sry if this was a wasted post

A post like this belongs more in discussion then in request. As for if they will ever be finished, you would have to ask whoever is or was working on them Or you could always try to do it yourself.
