@ Cruz - i have no clue to how you get to be a stage creator rank. i think thats something the staff decides on. Might be how many, quality, or.... i think if you go to the wiki here it might tell you.

My mugen goals...wow.
finish ABR - thats gonna be a nice amount of time but worth it so far.
Finish Crom the Game bor project _ its on hold till some things get done that i need done to start it back up. once i understand some more about Bor creating as a whole i def will have something finished...especially myself sprite wise.   got a good few boosters done already to by others and a couple i done.

Finish and release Crom Hangout stage with  the crew.
Finish my PVT stage that i will more than likely release
finish Jesse Qucik wip
finish sprites for Mimic
start and complete my own self character for my personal playing enjoyment. yeah i think i will make a Lando mugen character. using my Crom The game sprites. 
Learn to sprite HR/Hd style for a full game i want to make one day
Learn to make better stages in low res then go HR style.
Leanr to make everything and code everything myself too and do it good. thats my biggest goal in mugen/bor.

plus we have Cromninjas.....the undercover operatives

the Offline only Crom...which are like 4 guys that are down with the movement and do art, rap and some cool beat making. expect to see some of the music on the site too. cool bro of mine CashFlow ( changed his name again ) already has a couple joints up in the thread there.  him and my bro are the ones doing the vocal work to the Crom Hangout stage. My brother calls it Crom Records.   My 2 co worker homies Trey and Ricky are both artists with Trey doing photoshop graphic arts and Ricky artwork is...well..... amazing!

Cromnation will one day become full reality! 

I wish i would of had some mad money when i went to the comic con and got to take a pic with Stan Lee in the booth...i would have had a Crom t shirt made and got him to wear it for a photo.
