Turns out they're filming part of the new Spiderman movie near where I live starting today and going on for about a week. I'm still deciding if I'm going to go or not, but if I do, I have a chance to be an extra in the scene(s) they're shooting. If you end up seeing a white guy with a beastly fro during the movie, that would have been me.

  well i will actually be baking some cookies friday. going all out doing it scratch wise. old world style.  making chocolate chip cookies. I want to try and make a Butter crunch with butter cream icing cake too  . My daughter 16th birthday is coming up. I am more than likely buying her a cake tho.

bro but of course!! My daughter is very good too at baking. I make better cookies and we about on par with cakes. but i can make a more variety of cakes than she can...but there is one cake that has eluded me for 25 years...My grandmoms Watergate Cake (i have no clue why she calls it that and if it has anything to do with the whole political Watergate thing  ). OMFG  . its got 2 layers of some spice cake inside with walnuts  and its sweet and soft and the top has a pistachio type color icing but she makes the entire cake from scratch....i just cant make that dang cake like she does. I made a small version 2 times and it tasted nothing like hers. i am missing part of the recipe but this friday...lando shall have that recipe in full!!
