Not really, but it's something I came up with... Using and expanding on an idea from Spider-Mew and Dark Talbain.

Ok, I've got it!

If you click on someone's profile, you can see their local time. Using that, you should be able to tell what time it was when they posted the winning comment. If you can post before the time the winner posted in their own local time, but after the last post on page X49 or X99 in the winner's local time, you have a chance for a tie breaker... Which I shall also think up.

hmmm the way it works on my screen is, whoever has the first post on the page is the one who won. and that first post was nick post. so when i clicked the thread, it flipped to 600 and nick had the first post. which i still have total anger about cause i kept tapping the post button and it showed me someone else was posting before me 2 times! it was Kai and Nick! dang you dudes! $\-/o$
