ahem...... i would like to say to all that i was in convo with about this game called...Slender...in the shoutbox a lil while ago. I didnt play the game itself yet. i was telling my son about it but he just had this serious spooked straight face. He asked me did i play it yet and i told him..nahh but i plan on trying it out...he said...Don't.
now i really kinda got taken back by his reaction cause stuff dont spook him like that other than some super scary movies and thats rare other than that lame paranormal series he loves.

i thought nothing of it at first but it bugged me out at work all night. i had been watching

of videos on it and it didnt seem too scary to me. wellllllllll.. i got home and a washed clothes and aftewr my shower i passed out to get some good deserved rest....the was a mistake! i found myself dreaming but swore it was real cause i had on my cothes and i woke up to go in my closet to get some fresh gear out and when i reached in something friggin grabbed my arm. i thought i just got my hand caught and pulled harder and the D@MN SLENDER MAN WAS HOLDING MY ARM AND MAKING A WEIRD MOANING SPOOKY NOISE! then his face got close to mine in like a speed up flash movement... i screamed and freak da hell out and i felt like i was going to pee myself in my dream! i woke up so freakin terrified i banged my face on the wall thinking i was gettin up to run but on the wrong side of the bed! i made it to the bathroom just in time and my stupid face was hurting like a M%$#@!$&*^er!

so yeah now i am back to 9 years old with the pee my shorts dreams about weirdo spooky creatures in my closet ..thingys or whatever he is. Thanks a

I personally don't see how a tall dude in a suit behind you would make a scary game, but I have been wrong before. We should all try it out and see who gets the furthest.

raise hand very fast... I AGREE! ... but in dreams...yeah might be a total different story...especially in my case...it was painful.

i seen the vids and i dont see how its SOOOOO scary. at all. but maybe its the antisipation of him standing there that will freak you out. i doubt it tho. Silent Hill : The apartment kinda made me cringed tho. i hated going to the hole in the bathroom to go to the "other side" .

/:OWHAT?? you never played any of the silent hills?? wow man you missed out on an experience. i have all of them up to "the room". Thats the only one i still didnt end. See you cant feel the full impact of the eerie vibe cuz its outdated now but you try and play 1-3 at least and youll definitely see the difference between RE & silent hill...

better yet play it at night. all the lights off and if possible hook up some good heads....and trust me if someone lives with you and happens to startle you while youre playing youre gonna be pissed

ALAN WAKE, FATAL FRAME, SILENT HILL AND CONDEMNED are great fright games (series)

resident evil 1-4 were the best in eerie situations in that series

Horror games were never really my thing... Except a few of the RE games. Not that I didn't like them, I was just more preoccupied with other games in the PS1 and PS2 era.
