Hey guys

I've been working on this WIP for a while. At first I was just making a poster but then someone talked me into making it a WIP.

So here he is.

Brainiac:

I have a lot more done on him. But just wanted to get some feed back from everyone.

thanks thats what I wanted to do. From now on I want to use different bases for all my characters. I just want to try to make them look as different as I can from other characters.

Sick Brainiac can't wait for it's release..but as far as "overused" bases goes i see Urien in this char and Urien is HIGHLY over used in

of chars.

But the way you used him tho is understandable.

yeah I knkw what you mean but I knly had so many options. Also his legs wont be the only ones I use. I will be using a mixer of different characters for reference on his legs.

Awesome, simply awesome, this looks great!

Make sure you put in lots of twisted animations, like wiggling wires and such, let me know if you need help with that

Looks great! His torso looks kind of small though. Not too familiar with Brainiac. Is his torso usually that small?

Now that you mentioned Twin... even so this mix of bases can definitively work.
Very creative of you doing Brainiac like that Jmaxx!

Hope you plan including later his big skull like ship and android probes too.

Well Brainiac has multiple body frames. His main component is a his memory chip. He can install it into a metal body and take over it.

He usually just sits in a chair and controls everything from a central ship.

Google his new 52 look and you can see maybe 4 different bodies he wet through. Mostly just artist interpretation. but you'll see what I mean.

I assumed that was the case. I remember him in Superman: Brainiac and his frame was really large, but of course frame can vary between comic eras and artists and such.

Your skills are crazy man... I'm still impressed with Clayface, still awaiting Nightwing and now I see this? Wow.. thank you for filling the void in DC characters because Marvel's Mugen roster is highly stacked in comparison.

win pose idea.
when he win the fight, the stage, changes into interior of his mothership as a whole fight in holography, like the Danger Room from X-Men and he connects to the ship equals the film Superman Unbound.

Yeah, the only Brainiac I've seen so far has been the one designed like the animated series, but has no special moves at all. I mean, it's well done, but it's nice to see somebody working on a Brainiac again.

Of course, I can't help but wonder if his other bodies will come into play. The animated series one has sprites, as I mentioned, and it would be interesting to see the old Silver Age spider-thing at work (maybe as helpers?).

But in any event, I'm sure the character will be awesome.
