You're using the hyper screen of Marvel vs. Capcom as Character Select screen?

Not the first screen pack to do that either though. I chalk it up to personal preference (and not having playing the source games so when the sprites are found they look as good as anything else).

I love them, also. By the way, what font are you going to use for a timer?

No timer, for a fight to be won by not doing anything or nearly beating someone is an unfinished and unsatisfying fight for me. The goes on until someone loses  .V.!

Hmm maybe I can make a 24 slot version work?  :-??

500-600 is a bit much, not sure how that would fit inside or even be legible. I'll work something out, I think it's only a matter of making a custom data folder?

I don't know where I got it from, it's from one of the Capcom vs games I guess? I just removed a "." from it and re-used it.

You could take it from my screen pack, all my editing is open source, no permission needed from me.

If you really going with the open source statement you should remove my work from this screenpack.
I download the file from mmultiverse and my surprise it's you include your "edit" of Thor on this.

I never authorize this and newbies from mugen will take the char as opensource
and granted because you also removed all his documentation too.

Also you disabled the arcade intro&ending credits with the name of my colaborators, like Ilusionista and many other people.

Even the .def file you edited and removed my name & BlackDragon who sprited this char with me.

Show some respect!!! Release this with something of your own.

I'm just trying to ask politely to you remove my work from your files.

Thank you!

I second that. Althought there is a "rule" of everything beeing Open Source, isn't every who agrees with it.
But, in every case, you should GIVE THE PROPER CREDITS.

Its not a matter of "MY PRECIOUS", its  just a matter of respect.

No disrespect intended  :|

You put up a download link for everyone to download thor, right?

Then your intention was to share it.

That is my intention as well. To share stuff.

If you didn't want to share your works and have people alter them to their own liking then you should not share your works, especially in mugen, the program that lets you edit stuff.

I am not the first person to edit thor either. Everyone prefers their own custom version, except I shared my own, for fun, and to share it. No other reason.

Then i got to thinking, well why would someone be so narcissistic about putting their names on every single document and claim a Marvel character as their own?!?!?!?

  :o

Then it hit me, none of us deserve credit, even if we did the leg work, we used an image that truly didn't belong to anyone except Stan Lee/Marvel.

So I never took credit for stuff and made it my mission to remove credit from others when I wasn't lazy about it  :D

I hope this answers your questions. .V.!

Yes it's disrespect!  you just following your agenda.

You serious?!?!  :o
Share whatever you like but don't remove credits from characters that take effort from people to you having your "fun".

A character it's TM of a company, but all the work of people who create for mugen for your "fun" don't deserve any credit?
Keep your opinions to yourself and to your work only.
So 99% of mugen community it's "narcissistic" at your eyes.

Plus you're Blind. WHO'S CLAIMING A MARVEL CHAR AS THEIR OWN?!? :-@
read the original Thor documentation and see who's credited as creator of the character in comic books.
MARVEL: STANLEE AND JACK KIRBY
Even this you removed or at least try mention in your "edit" :P

So your logic it's so distorted that you claiming if by any chance you decide taking a
full project to do your "edits" for fun  that uses marvel characters like EOH or AVSX  or any other creator work
using Marvel or DC from anyone here you'll just delete the documentation files and rename
the authors as "Marvel" in the def files. right?

And release it and feel right about it? That's right?!?!?
Come on!  \-/o

You claim you never took credit for stuff.... do this to your things and hard work only and be happy about it.
Not with the others.
Really think you doing any good to mugen with this attitude?  you doing the inverse.

Don't be lazy and fix this!

Dude, its not the case. You just need to mantain the original credits, that is enough.
We all already know all of that "Copyright belongs to Marvel, bla bla bla".

Just put the credits and is enough. Just that. That doesn't hurts, right? :)

The rules are clear on this topic:

Quote
2) Creations: Do not host the creations of another without express permission.

3) Edits: Do not released edit of other people's creations without their express permission.

http://www.infinitymugenteam.com/Forum_345/index.php?topic=816.0

Argue against the people who are putting in the hours to make these games playable to the general public in the first place is just not cool. The fact of the matter is that we are a community. We either stand united or we fall apart and when you exhibit the mentality that no one matters but yourself then you have no place within the community and I have no trouble removing you. You claim your intention is to share, but it's not sharing when you had no hand in it's creation. Sharing means you made it then offer it as a gift, not that you downloaded it then basterdize it for your own purpose. Consider yourself warned and if you intend to rectify the situation then start by following the community rules and modify your hodgepodge screen pack appropraitely.
