He might be using a pre-ripped sprite sheet from the Sprite Database

Actually, I have a Emulator for JUS but I'm too lazy to rip the sprites so I used the ones from sprite database with a couple edits.

I got that idea form Baby from GT. He has this force attack that pushes the enemy.
