Also I'm sure you already have them thought up and/or done but how about some suggestions for intros and wins

*Rolls in like he's in a stealth mission and does a standard beginning match quote
*Turns his back to the screen, shield on back, and crosses his arms
*Does a salute with the American flag in the background

I like the shield hyper. It really represents how Capt's shield is a thing to be feared. Keep up the good work.

Looks nice. I think you should make your own design of hyper portraits for your characters though. Not necessary, but it would add a small yet unique touch to your creations.

On some of the moves, yes, it fits.
But in some of the other moves it looks like he's flying/gliding/diving and those moves don't fit because as athletic as Cap is, he CAN'T fly.

All in all the moves look original and fluid, keep it up.

I like that name for the move, it kinda fits cap cause the dude does all kinds of ariel dashed with his shield and he gots great acuracy with that shield even if not throwing it. uuuh he is hitting ya with the shield right? hard to tell cause of the bright hit fx when he connects plus the shadow charge makes it hard to tell what he hittin ya with. but who cares... Its friggin Ultimate Cap! he can do anything!
