Leon is one of the three wips i'm working on while learning coding, with Harlem permission (thanks a lot). So far he has :
- most of his required sprites
- 3/4 of his basic attacks
- Gun and knife special
- Beat rush hyper
- Medicals herb hyper (regains one third of his health)







If someone wants to help with a specific move just tell me so ^^

Seeing that leon reminds me of jill, I would recommend zombie and licker helpers in a re2 style much like how jill has lab zombies and whatnot helping her.

secondly leon should have a big weapon for a super like jill's rocket launcher *but do something different for variety's sake*

lastly, a mr. x super, reminiscence of jill's tyrant super but with more of a kick, maybe explosive acid rounds to fend him off or have him go away due to something hectic.

The Mr X and bazooka are already planned, will sprite these when i'll have regained correct eyes sight. They will be part of the same hyper, which won't have anything similar to the Jill one.

And since it is Harlemhero wish to have some creature in the char i'll probably add something along these lines (i thinking the lickers and zombies will be my bet). But i want something different from jill so i need to think this one out... Maybe as a Racoon Invasion hyper or as a grab special (basically Leon would be throwing his opponent at the feet of a zombie and some light canibalism would ensue)

I'm really sure that I will be able to help you out, because me and my friend have both played those Resident Evil games... (ok... I only played 3 & 4.... but he definitely played all of them...)

The sprites are awesome. I'm glad you're using his RPD outfit, cuz RE2 remains to be my favorite RE game. I'm also glad you're doing a Mr.X hyper. I'm sure that will bring a lot of memories. Anyways good luck with your wip!

Oh wow what a suprise just seen this and frankly I cant believe my eyes at the moment
I remember seeing this over on another website (mugenation) and was so hopeing that someone would make this version of him for mugen I know that there is a re4 version of him being made (info in show and tell section) but I prefer him in his RE2 R.P.D. uniform personally
so glad that you have chose to make this version of him and I am also really glad that you are going to have mr x as a hyper I have been waiting for him to be added to mugen for a long time I cant wait to see what he looks like in mugen
oh and if you dont mind me asking what persentage would you say this Leon is at by the way just that I for one am really really looking forward to the release   
(sorry cant help it so excited )

Wow. Very impressive, and high potenial W.I.P right here. 

I saw it and instantly thought "Damn, it looks very similar to the one Dead-X was creating, i wonder what happen to that?" Then I actually read the post (not staring a hold thru the pictures) and noticed it's a team project. Congrats Guys!! Go hard on this char and he'll treat us all good.

All my chars uses the eternity template, since it is the one i learned to code with and the one i prefer. So basically leon is already EOH styled, the MVC in the name is just a way to tell this without confusing evryone.

so glad that you have chose to make this version of him

Just thanks HarlemHero for this, since he made the sprites in the first place. I must say i'm glad too he did that version, i like old outfits ^^

Well depends, there is not really a lot left to do, my right eye sight is very bad since the last week (should have been wearing googles since 10 years but haven't been, bad idea ^^), so spriting takes me triple time and effort as usual, but with some help it could be done for december. I can't promise anything still, for two reasons :
- I still work on havok to get him ready as soon as possible
- I don't like deadlines, i'd prefer him as good as possible before released (and i'll probably need to double check the coding with a real coder since this is my first try at coding myself)

oh and if you dont mind me asking what persentage would you say this Leon is at

Well percentage don't mean anything to me so i'll rather make a what is left to do list :

- Run foward
- Air block
- Standing high punch
- crouch punch (medium and maybe high) and kick (high)
- Jumping High punch and kick
- Some weapons variation for the gun special, like shotgun, gatling, or whatever 
- Knife throw air special
- Special throw with zombies and lickers
- Mr X and Bazooka Hyper
- Maybe another fourth hyper, and one or two more specials
- More intros and some endings
- Voices

If someone wants to help you can pick whatever you want in this list.
