A new update: I has been working on the lifebars, the next thing I will work are the Power bars. About the characters, I'm actually working in Demitri, Urien, trying to finish Leo, and soon, in Rose with CvS graphics (Thanks to FeLo Llop!)

I wouldn't said Allies. There are more like contributors. Since I get all the sprite packs, the only thing I do is programming (chars), and I also get some help from great creators, like FeLo Llop, Kong, Chaotic and more.

Looking great so far. All you need to do noew is remove the powerbars on the bottom.

And Uche_of_MI, thanks!!! About the Tag mode, I know it's hard to implement, but I think that with time and effort, this will be possible.

Thanks Tenspeed! I already put some alpha effects to the bars, I will try to post a pic later ;).
And animugen:
* 24 initial Characters (The ones from the first Roster image may change).
* 30 characters that must be unlocked. Finishing the game, the survival mode and more options will be checked here.
* The Middle Bosses and Bosses (?? Characters)
This is for now the number of characters for the game. ;)

how exactly will you be handling the unlocking? I didn't know unlocking was possible in mugen.

The unlock system will be like in the King Of Fighter Zillion: You finish the game with eg: Ryu. Then you see the ending. In the last part, a password code will appear for unlock a char. The locked chars will have a password protection. Once you unzip the char, you will play now with EG: Megaman, and so on.

Animugen:The project is almost like 15 % done I think (I will check it and update the first post with an "Overall" once I get all the facts in order).

Fayt Linegod: Thanks! I think Beximus is a great MUGEN creator, and is one inspiration for me, as well as a lot of great creators, people and communities in the MUGEN world.
About the Red Earth characters, I can assure you that at least 1 character more from the game will appear... But that doesn't mean he/she/it will be the only one. I'm planning to add some characters more, as well as a stage with some cameos from Red Earth.

Well, I want to show you one of my most ambitious WIP's that I have ever had, in relation with Capcom. I already show it in the MugenLatinoamerica and the spanish IMT forums, and I want to get some ideas here too.

Capcom Fighting All Stars will be a game that will bring the most representative characters from the Capcom Videogames, like Ryu and Ken from Street Fighter, Karin and Rose from Street Fighter Alpha, Cody from Final Fight, Jill Valentine and Leon S. Kennedy from Resident Evil 1 and 4 respectively, and more, like Strider Hiryu, Captain Commando and Megaman.
Here's the roster-screenpack prototype:



The game system will be MVC-like, with the TAG included, based in the Ryou Win's one, but with improvements to be implemented, as well as new adds like the Parry system.
Right now, I'm working in two characters, Demitri and Leo (locked char), I will post all the updates here.
Moreover, I'm trying to get in contact with some creators for get permissions, included Ryou Win, Alexlexus and more.

About the fight lifebars, here's another prototype, with the Leon sprite made by Mudy, splendid work without doubt (Thanks for the Info FeLo Llop!)



The chars will have a different graphic style, being Strider Hiryu and Megaman from MVC, while Ryu and Ken will have their CvS graphics, however, there will be a balance with all the sprites, in size, palletes and smoothness.

Here the complete roster until the moment. The chars with a green glow are the ones completed until now in the MVC system (system adds still need to be added)
The black portraits will be the characters locked since the begining, (include here Strider Hiryu and Karin. Probably the char at the left of Lei-Lei will be unlocked, all depends of the permissions and all that stuff)



I will not post the thanks-messages until a beta release. I decided to do this because if I do it, you will know all the chars that will appear!

Here's a video of Leo. There are a lot of stuff left, but the progress with him let me record a video. I hope release one for Demitri soon. This and all my works will be Open Source, and if the Infinity Team considerate the option, I hope they will appear in the Marvel Vs. Capcom EOH project.
