The sprite looks good but the only thing is like O was saying is that his his whole body is bouncing so you would need to have his knees bouncing or moving as well. You could even go as far as having his calf moving as well.
Also you may want to be able to get rid of the chop in the movement. You can do that by fixing the shadow part of the muscle. That way it will look more fluid like.
I can try if you dont mind.

I hate to say it but i'm really not liking that stance at all. I think he should be in a more prowling stance similar but not exactly to this. Maybe drop the front arm a little and have his hands open and close slightly as he breaths in and out.

Take a look at this pose. I moved the arms and opened his hands. I have it fully animated but I haven't finished all the colors on them yet. You have a lot of greens in his upper body. 8 I think.

True, but Fei-Long's knees are bent and legs are mostly straight down. He's bouncing and not standing with his feet planted. That makes him able to maneuver a bit better. Prowler's legs still angle outward and are mostly extended straight. It's hard to move like that without your knees. Then again, I'm a nit-picker and can't do much better myself, so I'll shut up. :P
