Looks really nice but I'm afraid this character will be a bit OP comparing to the regular char like Ryu.

Yes, could it be for the dbz touch I gave him, teleports and stuff like that.
The character has CVS system stuff: dodge, parry, counter and EX moves as we released in almost every character of our team (midnight fighters).
When you test it you'll realize that there's so much KOF styled moves I got inspired since I'm a 98' KOF lover!
You can find Real Bout Terry's Sweep kick, Athena's phoenix arrow, Yuri's Air fang and Andy's Chou Reppa Dan, all of those with light, strong and EX versions.
If you compare it with another DBZ charcater SB size you'll see mine is a lot more balanced since I tend to respect the recoery time for specials and things like that.
