It certainly does...in more ways than one!
As I initially looked at it, I noticed what seemed to be some design inaccuracies (one of the light patches is missing and the top of his helmet has a fully-drawn rectangle, rather than a cut-off one).
But then, just recently, I realized something...this is
Copy Megaman. As we all know, copies are not better than the original. So, the design mistakes actually make
sense! A subtle, yet clever, detail.
Also, as for the barrage of emoticons...it certainly looks that way.
