This character's got all the best moves man, cant tell you who the character is but any move you can think of that would be awsome, he has!

Like....

Dude he totaly has this special move where he reaches into his mouth and pulls out a penguin, thats holding a flaming chain saw, and he chucks it at you!

And thats not even one of his hyper moves!!!
