Another char I have been eagerly awaiting, the sprites are spot on, the re-sizing must have been a bee-otch to do Acey. Brilliant start, I look foward to seeing what else you implement.

it was about time that i would see mike haggar in mugen it looks awesome, but i wonder how long did it take to finish him? Im asking because i never see haggar like this, its cool. Nice job man

Haggar's AI has been tweeked and a few bugs have been fixed, most notably the push guard. Link is in the first post.
