Title: Full Power at the begining of a match and automatic power up at limited Rate

guys I need two code for one chars. I just learned how to add infinite power charge for a char in statedef -2. but this time I was to learn different thing.
1. Instant full power charge at the begining of a match
2. during the fight that chararcter' power will raise automatically just like some ex version or boss characters have
plz send me these 2code and tell me where to put it

1- use a lifeset at statedef 5900
2- use a lifeadd under state -3
