I also love FLCL!
(Gotta be one of the BEST anime shows I've ever seen in my life!)

And this pic you did is just spot-on gorgeous!

I also feel that the lack of shading actually make sit feel like it was ripped from a game of FLCL.

I worked none stop, I only took an hour off to eat, but besides that, I was glued to my computer for 16 hours! My butt is hurting so much that I seriously put an Icy Hot on it! LOL! :DxDie
