problema con un portrait

Tengo un problema con un portrait de thanos que he personalizado. Se me vé un fondo negro muy raro en la imágen de fondo:

¿Alguien me ayuda a deshacerme de eso?

Creo que la paleta del portrait esta mal, el color definido como transparente debe ser otro. El color transparente, o numero 1, es el que esta alrededor del portrait. Definelo e inserta la imagen de nuevo.
