Also yeah, slight Joker teaser there too. He's my next project, something I started work on recently. So much easier to sprite. But he won't be all Rugal, his standing punches come from Q and Yamazaki.
Gotham Knights isn't dead, just moving rather slowly as it's just Navs and I spriting at the moment.

Interesting to see what you have in mind although she already has 5 hypers and 4 specials (3 of which have 3 variations essentially totaling 10 specials), so it depends the purpose of the move
