Hello, I've read the rules and I know this topic is a little old, but it's the one talking about suggestions.

I've seen some videos on youtube about this project and I've tried my hand on a character I think isn't worked on yet: Oil Man.



I've used Mega Man as a base + the head & weapon of Oil Man from Mega Man Power Up.

I hope this character isn't already done  :)

...also, work on Topman has been frozen until I get an answer from O Ilusionista, since I have sent him Topman because of an glitch in his fourth hyper.

Actually, you're wrong.
Someone already made Chill Penguin.
But what's more important, is your sprite. Aside from some missing shading, that sprite really looks fine.

Different from Robot Masters, there is not much of a base for mavericks, so most of time you have to draw them from scratch, just like this Blizzard Buffalo sprite of yours.

Could the Mega Man X to Mega Man Legends characters also be added to this game?  I'd just leave out Mega Man NT Warrior stuff, though.

Right now it's just the original Megaman series with a salute to the X series.  The X series is tied to the original series anyways.

Volnutt is not to appear in game. Tron was schedule.....we'll have to wait to see if she make it in... :-??

I originally wanted to make Shademan as well, but nobody wanted to give me a walking animation, telling me that his walk should be his wing flap.
That's what I wanted, too. But I need a walking animation for his intro and only for his intro.
Preferably a casual walk with his hands behind his back (I'm bad at describing the walk I need).

I don't remember him walking in any MM game, hopefully that's not my memory's fault, lol. Floating rather than walking is actually a neat feature of Shade Man. I still have this spritesheet of him Laspacho, Manic, Lynx and me were tackling, but it probably needs revamp rather than using as is. Size of Shade Man was improper and subject of discussion...(as far as I can remember I was resizing and fixing him, but that was so long ago that I can't remember how far I went with that and how good that was) :( Well, and his wings are not separated from body too ???

What exactly this intro will be about? That would be a surprise, but one different MUGEN creator would definitely recognize it immidiately.

hello all. kind of been a lurker for a while, so I'm not new to seeing this project. however, from what I can tell, it looks like a hot mess. i'll explain.

what IS here, looks and plays great. you just have too many people doing their own thing. some of the WIP characters would be done or near done by now if there was a more concentrated effort. basicly, i'm suggesting you put some characters on hold, and have small groups concentrate on other characters. you could choose to work on the more popular ones, those that are closer to completion, or heck, just throw it up to a vote. maybe consider putting some characters on indefinite hold or canning them outright. outsourcing wouldn't be a bad idea either.

something will hopefully be done, since it looks like activity is relatively low. a little structure could go a long way.

anyway, that's my two cents and I figured i'd throw them into this here fountain and see what came of it.
