Title: How do you play
Post by: Beximus on December 19, 2014, 06:09:52 PM
after watching some videos of swagga kings, and fighter genius.  I started wondering how many people are using fight sticks on their computers.

I'm thinking of making some changes to the controls based on the information i get on this poll.

In which category would a USB PS2 adapter apply?

anything resembling the sega saturn 6 button layout would count as a fight pad.
any joystick with all required buttons on the top count as a fight stick.
anything that has 4 face buttons and the rest are shoulders and triggers fall under other.

Speaking of controls I noticed that sometimes when you start to play as your Partner character some hypers won't come out and will read as a super jump or a dash

yeah this is a problem that occurs with mugen's priorities when commands are similar.  I made super jumps trigger with 2 kicks because i thought it would be easier on people who needed it for combos,

I'm thinking that was a mistake.  In the videos ive watched i see a lot of unintentional super jumping.

I use to have my PS3 Fightstick but it died... So I use my WWE Allstar Fightpad.
