This is a secret project I've been keeping on the side from quite some time-- Giro, the wolf boss from the anime movie Arashi no Yoru ni (Or, One Stormy Night for those of you that don't know or not learning Japanese). This is an edited character, though it uses sprite parts of himself from the DS game based from the movie.

I realize that many of you have not seen the character or know who he is, or have ever even heard of Arashi no Yoru ni. :P It's really a great little movie. Here's a trailer for it (Giro shows up briefly here):

Giro's striker's (Barry, Zack and Beach) all have their own winposes and hit states. Giro may seem somewhat limited to some, as my baisis was quite limted. Don't let that fool you though, Giro can be brutal in the right hands. His super, which I've dubbed "Pack Rush", is intentionally strong. Please check out the Read-Me document for move information, character bios, etc.
As of yet, he has no custom AI.. but at the moment seems to fare well against my other creations in watch mode (He usually defeats them all).
Above all, please enjoy him! He took me the fastest of all my sprite-edited characters.. and he was quite enjoyable to make! If this creation gets even one person to check out the film, I have done what I've sought to so!

Congratz on your 1st release for the year. Definitely a fun character.

I too can't stress this enough! Arayoru has an appeal to even those who don't usually care for anime. I have shown this to friends and family alike (a few of whom dislike of anime altogether).. and they came away from the viewing with a great love of this film.

This is one thing I've always strived for in my creations! :thumbsup: My first rule of thumb is to always make the characters I like. Everything else just falls into place.
Note: I just caught an error in my Read-Me. I believe it says that Pack Rush can also be performed with the same combination but pressing y or z at the end, instead of just x. This was an early, early feature I planned, but removed it as I wanted to make the move ony have one set combination. My aplogies for this error. :-[

The Great Matsutzu is unique, so the creations are a reflection of the author.
