you can't make small or big portrait animated because the system only read the number of the sprite

at any rate, it takes a lot of work to make the small portrait be animated..let's get those things straightened out right now...

Its possible, but I heard that its not stable. Someone mentioned Mugen would crash after just one match.

you can only make an animated portraits for specific life bars, like in the video luffy posted.
But in normal lifebars like the default ones you get when you download winmugen, it is impossible to have animated portraits unless you reconfigure the lifebar.
