need help with discolored big portrait

Hi all

I'm having trouble making my custom portrait a reality because it keeps showing up mostly black & green.



Trust me when I say this, I know how to make a portrait, I have the tools to make them and I'm currently having fun making them. This one eludes me though. Can somebody please help me?
