laptop cooling pads help...

Hey guys it's been a while, but I got a question for anyone that knows laptop cooling pads...

I bought a NZXT CRYO LX (Black) I herd that it was one of the best out so far but I know it doesn't have the best 120mm fan and I saw in a review that someone replaced the fans with a thermaltake 120mm blue led fans from radio shack.

I want to know if there was any specific type of fans that It has to be. I want my laptop to be like a brick in a snow storm....

but I'm not sure if this is the kind of fan the guy used... from what he has said I think it has these specs
