yeah same here but who knows. i am siting here tryin to think who are also xbox exclusive characters that could make a good transition to mortal kombat. Kratos seemed a natural fit so it should be someone else they could squeeze in that could make a good fit as well.

Yea I dont understand what's so special with the PS3 when it comes to exclusive characters... They need someone good on the 360 side as well.... grr... maybe someone like Kabal if he's not in the game could be the 360 exclusive character and he does wicked combos and everything. And if they make him dlc for the ps3 eventually, then they have to make Kratos dlc for us as well. =-p

???eh thats pretty iffy cuz its "Sony" and Kratos is like their poster child so i dunno about that. But if luck is on the 360s side we will get em like we got darth vader much later and ps3 got yoda for soul calibur 4. Hopefully it works out like that but i doubt it. I say they should have gave 360 Dante from "Dantes Inferno". Hes in Hell like scorpion so that would have been pretty sweet to see

. He would have been a good match up for Krato's Gameplay since theyre designed basically by the same team of God of war creators

I have both systems... but I purposely chose the 360 version for pre-order. I don't begrudge anyone else's opinion of the matter.. but my personal preference to is to not have any type of "guest" character in MK. No matter how much they could "fit" the series. And no, I'm not hating on Kratos (or his fans) I saw the gameplay vid of him from the MK game and thought that he looked and played great. He looks like a lot of fun. Still, I'm sticking to my guns about not wanting a "guest" character for 360.

That's why I'm hoping that the 360 will get an excluse MK character that was not included in the roster. I think that's more than fair seeing as how the 360 fans of the franchise seem to be getting a big f*** U right now as far as content goes. Seems like everything the news comes it, it's to announce another PS3 exclusive feature. Which isn't right because they'll be making loads of money off of X-Box (got tired of typing 360

) fans as well.

i feel ya man. its kinda the same with me also. i think in all seriousness that ps3 is gettin that love because 360 has always been more in bulk on exclusive games and DLC it really seems.

either way the game is going to be hot. i wanted Vader in SC4 and after a while i totally forgot about the dude being on Ps3 just like that. as long as the game is cool and fun i wont think much about the Kratos ps3 experience. but i agree an all new MK char not on Ps3, new story and all that would be hella cool for the 360 owners.

i have to agree tazzer my friend. yeah whiplash bro i too already came to the conclusion kratos will NEVER EVER EVER come to 360. but def as azzer says, it would be very fair and refreshing and kinda a return mid finger to sony if 360 got an exclusive totally new MK character added to the roster. Now that would be sweet justice.

Took the words right from my finger tips , i just want the regular roster , with a great story to go along with this cool looking game , itll be the 1st MK game ive actually went out and bought in years

i just personally dont see the need to have a character not of the MK universe in the game is all, im not even remotely mad or careing of the fact that i dont get a character that has nothing to do with the MK universe and is from a game that i beat all 3 in a weeks time when playing them especially GOW 2 i knocked that out in 2 days, and was P.O ed about it cause it cost me 60 bucks

Also many of the 360 ideas (Altair, Dante of Dante's Inferno) are multi-platform, very unlikely.

I say we just get excited about the fact that in a few weeks it's Kombat Time.

anyway folks heres the select screen

im used to seeing that crazy full select screen in MK trilogy though....this MK9 line up doesnt look like a full tank
(on the funny tip) but its a decent line up i guess
