In the past we have recognized various forms of artists in the form for their sprite capabilities and prowess with graphic design. In all this time we never focused on the artist in general and with this in mind we have made a few changes.
In order to facilitate the changes we have renamd "Infinity Artist" to "Infinity Graphic Designer" and there is a new tag that can be earned called "Infinity Deviant Artist". This is for the forum members who create their own original art* and host it on a Deviant Art account.
The application process for "Infinity Deviant Artist" is quite simple. All you need is to have your semi-professional original artwork hosted on Deviant Art and send your protfolio link to one of the IMT Forum Administrators. Then, after a review of the account, you will have earned the title.
Now, similar to outher forum titles Like Stage Creator and Content Architect, we want to maintain a level of quality for those who recieve the title, the avoid cheapening the group as a whole so there may be individules who do not quality at this time for the "Infinity Deviant Artist" title but who would like to. In such a case I encourage you to continue your dedication to your craft and submit again at a later time.
With all the tallent that is on this forum, it's only natural that we recognize it.
* Original Art is any form of art that was created by the author such as pencil sketches, inked art, painted, mixed media or created with a computer. The art does not have to be original character but tracing, copying, or even improving upon another's work of art is not considered "original".
