X-Mugen Renamer or similar program to work on Linux?
« on: December 06, 2009, 02:58:20 PM »
Okay my computer has been down for a LONG time and I lost my 600+ chars :'(
I spent all yesterday and this morning building it up, but I have a LOT done in characters. It would take forever to do it by hand and the xmugen renamer doesn't seem to work with the Wine windows emulator I'm using to play MUGEN RC5 1.0. Is there anything that I can use as an alternative, or a way to make xmugen renamer work?

Okay well since no one else had answers I asked my clone*. After about an hour he figured out if I go to properties then highlighted the names and QUICKLY pressed Ctrl+C it gets ALL the names. So I just have to press enter a lot. I guess my clone is pretty good.

HOWEVER
This will not work for stages(clones aren't perfect right?), so if anone can figure out how to make the renamerwork I'll appreciate it, a lot.

*(for reference my "clone" means me, its a metaphor)
