How do you change png into .pcx?

i tried, but when i put them into fighter factory, they get screwed up  i am doing this for a stage by the way

oh, then just try to sprite swap KFM's stage first. I suggest you use kfm.sff as a base for making stages until you completely understand stage making. You need to make the sprite 256 colors first btw.

i already made a stage, i am not new to this (well i still kinda am), i remember you made a comment on it at mugen guild!

so you don't save as pcx but you convert it to 256 colours then you save it as a pcx

that only had one image, but whan i add more than one the colors f*** up

I really don't know what to tell you then. Make sure that when you're adding the sprite its not grouped as:

Group 0 Image 0

Try to avoid that at all costs. If anything you could try group 0 image 1. That should do it.
