Epsxe or something like that is a very good PS1 Emulator...i played the Megaman X Series (X4,5 and 6) with it with no problem

yes epsxe is a good one. thats the one i use. i use version 1.52 (i think thats the version number) but i also downloaded the 1.60 version too because SOME roms run on that one that will not run on 1.52 but 1.52 has the highest compatibilty of the two. if u need help on where to get plugins let me know k
