Question about the Wii!!!!

Does anybody know how to update your wii to version 3.2 u without going online.  I can't seem to get a connection and i've been trying for days now.  Can anybody offer any suggestions to help me with this, like what game has the 3.2 update or any other means to obtain it without going online?  Thanks!

Step 2: Insert disc.
