Well was Bison in SF3? No.
Was he even mentioned referenced? No.

So, tell me how he was able to avoid death that time.

Easy my friend watch any series. Villains die, but arch Villain(The really bad @ss MoF0) find away to avoid, be resurrected, or even place a clone in his place. So what if hes not in SFIII that's called building anticipation. First you get people hooked then make them want more but don't give it to them until u fill the time is right. This causes rumors and speculation which adds to peoples thrust building even more anticipation and the power of the franchise. Capcom is notorious for this  . . . . .

Regardless peps  are going to be all over it,  even if it turns out the way i c it going now. It would be nice to c them expand on the stories they started. What happened to Rose? where are Juni,Juli and the rest. wat happened to R. Mika. Gin? Evil Ryu? Cammies complete story. Dan? Adon?

So many cliff hangers and what dose this do make everyone want more. Bison may be dead it not for me to decide thats 4 capcom to do. All im saying is he may not be dead.

PS. I all ready know the clouds around Juni and company/ E. Ryu
