Looks cool, but I still wish the series had stayed 2D and played more like the originals..for me theres only one true Ninja Gaiden II.

I love the originals as well, but the 3D transition isn't bad... just hard as hell.
Speaking of which, I need to buy some VC points for the Wii so I can buy the original Ninja Gaiden. I just have the stupid ROM (I hate ROMS, I just use them like demos of what to expect).

** There must be a lot of games you don't favor anymore. There is only one game series i'd prefer in 2D and that's Sonic... unless of course they made the 3D games as good as the Adventure series was. I love 2D though, more so than 3D since that's what I grew up on, but 3D is awesome too.

The first Ninja Gaiden had platforming. All it did was go 3D really. I haven't even beaten the first one yet, i'm stuck against these two electric worm things. They're just too time consuming, annoying, and I just die everytime

True, I really don't care for much of the games these days. I've had some fun with the 3D games and it's not that I think they are really bad or anything...just that my heart lies with 2D and I'd rather play games that way...I'm just an old skool gamer who refuses to move on that's all. The only 3D games I enjoy and continue to play are the Doom and Quake series and of course Devil May Cry.

when u say definition on his suit do u mean like gear and stuff???   i personally think he has too much, just like scorpion on the newer mk games.  most ninjas are light weight and quick. i liked his outfit on the nes series...the plain ninja outfit yaaaaa.  i dunno im jus old school.  i jus dont think ninjas are supposed to be buff as hell and have so much accesseries on there clothes, mask, etc.

i kinda agree with u man... ninja gaiden(nes) is one of my fav games.   i like them better than the new ones cause i never get tired of them.  and in the nes ones he looks more like how a ninja should look. in the new ones it seems hes weighing himself down with and extra 100 lbs of acceseries and clothes.  but again im old skool
