I always really liked Karai in the SNES TMNT Tournament Fighters. She was such a challenge! I feel so lucky to have been able to Mugenize her.

Anther interesting boss was Gelmer, the boss of chapter 2 level 2 of the Japanese only Devilman Playstation game. The AI on him was incredible, and he had such tight combinations (With a water spout attack that takes a big chunk of your health). My brother was stuck on him for two days, and eventually asked me to try to beat him. I'm glad he did, because I was treated to such an intense fight! There's such an interesting rythmn to that battle.. Miss a movement and Gelmer can easily turn it around in his favor.

I always enjoy bosses that offer a unique challenge, those that you have to kow the character your playing as inside and out to pull out a victory.

Krauser from re4, that knife fight was win.
Orochi from Okami was

of fun.
Lavos + Kefka's tower of death for RPGs.
beating Wart from SMB2 back in the day got me hyped, it was always so tough to throw that stuff in his mouth.

his fights were never really fun or awesome, too formulaic. they had a chance to do a bunch of stuff in SM64 but they just got lazy and made mario play grab-butt every time you fought him.

His Character overall is better, His Mario Galaxy battle is Cool too, His Giga Bowser Transformation is Impressive.
