Currently, this stage's scale is too big, how do I decrease it?

and it won't work. I tweaked it to get rid of the horizontal bars on the top & Bottom but now the SCALING is messed up...

didn't work...what is going on with this stage?? It should work on version 1.0 right?
how can I tweak the DEF file??
