Title: Author of DrZaius character

Hi, I need help determining the author of a character. Apparently, there's a character that's been floating around in private packs for about 13 years named DrZaius. Yes, it's based on me since it contains some of my images.
The def file lists the author as DrZaius. The only problem is... I did not create this character.
Considering the date of its creation (some time in mid-2008) I have some suspicions on who created it but I'm not sure and this individual has seemingly disappeared off the the face of the Internet.
The character was found in a pack that was hosted by someone named Arcadboy. I've tried contacting him on the off chance that he remembers but I haven't received a response yet and I don't think I'll get much from him anyway.
